We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Our therapists design and implement treatment plans for adolescent students, focusing on trauma-informed care. They conduct individual, family, and group therapy to help students develop coping skills, confidence, and resilience, supporting their success at home and school.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive clinical services, participating in treatment and education planning teams, maintaining documentation, and adhering to program rules. Flexibility for evening or weekend calls may be required.
Requirements: a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, CMHC), background screening clearance, experience in mental health and family treatment, and bilingual skills preferred.
