We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our therapy team at a youth crisis center.
Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and discharge planning. Assist students in developing coping skills, confidence, and resilience to succeed at home and in daily activities. Participate in treatment and education team meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure licensure compliance. May require evening or weekend calls due to student needs. Must hold a current relevant license (e.g., LCSW, MFT, Psy.D.) and pass background checks. Bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family therapy preferred.
