We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our Therapy Team at a youth crisis center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive clinical services, participating in treatment and education planning, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the Treatment Team. Flexibility to handle after-hours calls may be required.
Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT), experience in mental health and family treatment, and fluency in English/Spanish preferred. A background screening is necessary.
