We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help adolescents learn coping skills, build confidence, and enhance resilience. Responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group therapy, participating in treatment planning and team meetings, and maintaining timely documentation. The role may involve evening or weekend calls due to student needs.
Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, CMHC), background screening clearance, and experience in mental health, substance abuse, and family treatment. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
