Licensed Clinical Supervisor-LCSW or LMHC Qualified Supervisor

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, oversee clinical practices, and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Provide supervision and mentorship to clinicians, supporting professional growth and adherence to ethical standards.

Conduct case reviews, facilitate training on trauma informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing.

Develop treatment plans collaboratively, monitor outcomes, and implement quality improvements.

Maintain knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment and cooccurring disorder regulations and best practices.

Promote a positive, inclusive work environment fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements include licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent, minimum three years of clinical experience, and expertise in therapeutic modalities like CBT and Trauma Informed Care. Experience with MAT and cooccurring disorders is preferred.

This full-time role offers $60,000-$70,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The position involves in-person work to support high-quality client care and staff development.
