We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team and ensure high-quality client care.
Provide supervision, mentorship, and case reviews to clinicians, promoting professional growth and adherence to ethical standards. Oversee clinical documentation to meet licensing and accreditation standards. Facilitate staff training on trauma-informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing. Collaborate on treatment planning and monitor clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. Maintain current knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment and cooccurring disorder regulations. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment encouraging collaboration and learning. Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent with 3+ years of clinical experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of therapeutic modalities and MAT regulations.
