We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, providing supervision, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards and quality care.
Provide supervision to clinicians, support professional development, and ensure ethical adherence. Conduct case reviews and facilitate staff training on trauma-informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing. Oversee clinical documentation, monitor outcomes, and implement quality improvements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans. Stay current on Medication Assisted Treatment, cooccurring disorder regulations, and emerging therapies. Requirements: Licensed clinician with 3+ years clinical experience, expertise in therapeutic modalities, knowledge of MAT regulations, and leadership skills.
