We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.
Provide supervision and support to clinicians, conduct case reviews, and promote professional growth. Ensure clinical documentation meets organizational and licensing standards. Facilitate training on trauma-informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Maintain knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment and co-occurring disorder regulations. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative work environment. Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent, with at least 3 years of clinical experience, supervisory skills, and expertise in therapeutic modalities like CBT and Trauma Informed Care. Knowledge of MAT regulations and psychopharmacology is preferred.
