LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical staff and supports program operations in an primarily in-person role based in El Cajon, with some remote work and travel within East County.

Responsibilities include providing supervision, training, and oversight of therapists, ensuring quality documentation and adherence to standards, leading treatment team meetings, and acting as a lead in the absence of the Program Manager.

They respond to emergencies, promote staff development toward licensure, ensure culturally competent services, and investigate incidents and complaints. They also audit records, monitor program objectives, and implement improvement plans.

Requirements include a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or human behavior, and a valid, independently licensed credential (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or psychologist) with at least two years of independent practice. Experience with diverse youth and families, cultural competence, a valid CA driver’s license, and reliable transportation are essential.
