We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality mental health services in a primarily in-person role based in El Cajon with some remote work possible.
Responsibilities include providing supervision, leading treatment team meetings, monitoring documentation for compliance, responding to clinical emergencies, and supporting staff development and licensure goals. The role involves traveling within East County to supervise staff at various sites and acting as a lead in the Program Manager’s absence.
Requirements include a master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field, an active state license (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist), and at least two years of independent licensure. Candidates must have experience working with diverse populations, cultural competence, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and TB checks.
Full-time position (40 hrs/week) offering $40/hr, with benefits for employees working over 30 hours, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement, and supervision support.
