We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support therapists at a primarily in-person program in El Cajon, with some remote work and travel within East County.
The role involves
supervising clinical staff, ensuring quality documentation and services leading team meetings and case reviews responding to emergencies and crisis situations supporting staff development toward licensure maintaining compliance with standards and program goals conducting record audits and addressing areas for improvement
Requirements include a
master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or human behavior state licensure (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) independent licensure for at least two years experience with diverse populations and cultural awareness reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and passing background checks
