We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in a non-profit human services agency.
Ensure all clinical documentation for residential and community services is completed timely and accurately. Supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, provide training, and support for clinical assessments, treatment planning, and risk management. Coordinate with providers, facilitate community linkages, and lead clinical trainings. Review and approve treatment plans, service notes, and bio-psychosocial evaluations ensuring compliance with policies and rehabilitative language. Act as on-call supervisor for crisis support, conduct assessments, and ensure continuity of care. Maintain licensure, complete required training, and adhere to confidentiality and licensing standards. Work schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work in person in Andover, MA. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LICSW certification, and strong clinical, supervisory, and documentation skills. Compensation is $80,000/year with benefits.
