Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Provide remote, insurance-based psychotherapy to adults using secure telehealth as an independent clinician.
Key Duties
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
- Formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
- Develop person-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy appropriate to clinical needs.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Perform risk and safety assessments and document findings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker with competence in psychotherapy for adults.
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to use telehealth effectively and document clearly in an EHR.
- Sound clinical judgment, including safety/risk evaluation.
