Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor

Seeking a full-time clinical social worker or professional counselor to assess client behavior, diagnose disorders, and develop treatment strategies.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing treatment plans, consulting with medical professionals, administering social programs, instructing families, and maintaining timely documentation.

Participate in care planning, organizational meetings, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social work or counseling

Knowledge of social theories and practices

Empathy and social perceptiveness, with a focus on serving underserved populations

Ability to build professional helping relationships
