Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Naples, FL, starting July 2026.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Complete clinical documentation and collaborate with team members on treatment plans
Provide crisis intervention and stay updated on mental health practices
Attend clinical meetings and training sessions
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
Active Florida LCSW or LMHC license
Experience with diverse populations and strong clinical skills
CBT (Insomnia) training a plus
**Compensation & Benefits:**
$75,000 – $80,000/year, with benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedule.
