Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department.

Provide individual therapy and counseling services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Develop and evaluate patient treatment plans, monitor progress, and participate in multidisciplinary team assessments.

Coordinate referrals, communicate with families and agencies, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure ethical practice, patient dignity, and effective communication.

Qualifications: Degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, experience in assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and decision-making skills required.
