The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.
Provides individual therapy and counseling, developing and evaluating treatment plans.
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining ethical standards and professional documentation.
Assesses patient needs, participates in discharge planning, and communicates with families and agencies.
Coordinates clinical outcome measurements and contributes to departmental improvements.
Qualifications include a degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, and experience in assessments, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care preferred.
Requires strong clinical, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in documentation and computer use.
