Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.

Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination

Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated model

Participate in school and community outreach programs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR

Qualifications: MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility, clinical or medical experience preferred, strong team skills.

Schedule & Benefits: Full-time, Monday–Friday outpatient work, competitive salary ($70,000-$85,000), PTO, holidays, CEU support, retirement plan.
