Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.

Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination.

Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated model.

Participate in school and community outreach programs.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications include an MSW, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility, with preferred experience in clinical or medical settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive salary ($70,000–$85,000), benefits, PTO, CEU support, and retirement options.
