Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor

The *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader* plays a key leadership role, overseeing clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, and crisis intervention across multiple locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky.

Provides individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring compliance with licensure standards and supporting professional growth.

Maintains an active clinical caseload, delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and spiritually integrated care when appropriate.

Supports crisis management, risk assessments, and safety planning, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational protocols.

Participates in leadership activities, program development, and quality improvement efforts, fostering a culture aligned with core values.

Monitors clinical performance, prepares reports, and coaches staff for performance enhancement.

Qualifications include an MSW, active LCSW license, clinical supervision eligibility, and experience in outpatient behavioral health.
