The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader oversees clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, and leadership at multiple locations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff, supporting licensure requirements, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
- Maintaining an active caseload with trauma-informed, evidence-based, and spiritually integrated care (client-led).
- Offering crisis intervention support, risk management, and safety planning.
- Participating as a leadership team member, contributing to program development, policy, and quality improvement.
- Monitoring clinical performance, reporting metrics, and fostering a culture aligned with core values.
