Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a part-time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health experience to provide psycho-social services in long-term care facilities in Manitowoc, WI.

Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy (individual, group, family) for nursing home residents.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.

Manage 10-15 patients daily, with scheduling flexibility for work-life balance.

Utilize electronic medical records and adhere to Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, full state licensure, 1-2 years’ experience, and strong communication skills. Experience in healthcare settings and Medicare documentation is preferred.
