We are hiring a part-time LCSW with experience or interest in geriatric behavioral health for a clinical social work role in long-term care facilities in Manitowoc, WI.
Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and therapy (individual, group, family) for nursing home residents.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity.
Manage 10-15 patient visits daily, with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
Utilize electronic medical records and adhere to Medicare guidelines for documentation.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, valid full state license (LCSW), and 1-2 years of experience.
Preferred experience in healthcare settings, especially nursing homes, and knowledge of Medicare standards.
