Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in compliance with CMS, state, and facility policies.

Delivers evidence-based individual and group therapy, offers crisis intervention, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to integrate mental health services into overall care.

Engages families and caregivers, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains accurate documentation, and provides staff training on mental health topics.

Participates in on-call duties, follows up with clients, and supports ongoing treatment needs.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with electronic records. Physical ability to handle demanding tasks is necessary. The role offers competitive pay ($90,000-$110,000) and benefits, with in-person work in Enid, OK, requiring relocation prior to start.
