The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.
They assess, diagnose, and develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans to enhance emotional well-being and quality of life.
Key duties include conducting assessments, delivering therapy, crisis intervention, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting families and caregivers.
They ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and support staff training.
Must have a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
