They assess, diagnose, and develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans to enhance clients’ emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities include conducting social evaluations, delivering therapy, providing crisis intervention, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supporting families, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and offering staff training.
Qualifications require a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of applicable regulations.
