Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are a leading provider of psychiatric and psychosocial services for long-term care, supporting numerous facilities across multiple states and expanding. Currently, we have part-time openings for LCSW-certified Geriatric Psych Social Workers in Manitowoc, WI.

Qualifications include:

Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university with 1-2 years of experience

Full state licensure (LCSW)

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficiency with technology (medical records, MS Office)

Responsibilities:

Provide psycho-social evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for nursing home residents

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy

Manage 10-15 patient visits daily with flexibility for scheduling

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure documentation aligns with Medicare guidelines

Preferred experience includes working in healthcare settings like nursing homes and familiarity with Medicare standards. This role offers an autonomous yet supported clinical environment with opportunities for professional growth.
