Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Conducts assessments to determine treatment needs and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans ensuring regulatory compliance.

Delivers individual and group therapy, provides crisis intervention, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to integrate mental health services into overall client care.

Engages with families and caregivers to support ongoing treatment and maintains accurate documentation per regulations.

Provides staff training, monitors client progress, and responds to on-call emergencies.

Requirements include a master’s or doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and strong assessment, therapy, and crisis skills.
