Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

This full-time position involves providing mental health services within a comprehensive healthcare facility that includes a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital. The role offers a variety of services such as medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy, ensuring coordinated and accessible care for patients.

Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, a current Montana license or ability to obtain one, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.

Candidates should have a mental health certification and relevant skills and knowledge for the role.

The position is scheduled for day shifts, Monday through Friday, with benefits including an employee assistance program.
