We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.
Our facility combines physician services and a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering comprehensive care including medical, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy services.
Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, current Montana licensure or ability to obtain it, mental health certification, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.
This is a full-time, day-shift position working Monday to Friday. Benefits include an employee assistance program. The role requires in-person work.
