Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.

This full-time position involves providing mental health services within our combined physician clinic and critical access hospital setting, which includes medical, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy services.

Candidates must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, a current Montana license or ability to obtain one, mental health certification, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.
