Seeking a passionate Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to support clients through recovery by providing assessments, therapy, and case management.

Responsibilities encompass screening, intake, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, client education, referrals, and documentation. Knowledge of Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension and cultural sensitivity is essential.
Requirements:
• Current Minnesota licensure as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor
• 1+ year experience in a chemical dependency setting
• Minimum two-year sobriety
• 12 hours of training in co-occurring disorders
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
