Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/ADC-T

This full-time position requires knowledge of

42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA,

Reporting Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults and Minors,

Conducting comprehensive substance use assessments,

Clinical evaluations,

Understanding Substance Use Disorders,

Referral processes,

Case management,

Group dynamics,

Residential/outpatient treatment,

Aftercare resources,

Relapse prevention,

Co-occurring disorders,

and

Professional ethics and diagnostic criteria.

Skills include conducting evaluations, placements, maintaining records, developing treatment plans, providing counseling (group, individual, family), diagnosis, and making referrals.

Preferred education is a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience encouraged.
