Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern to join our behavioral health team.

  • Provide addiction and mental health counseling to individuals and families using evidence-based practices such as psychotherapy and motivational interviewing.
  • Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Apply crisis intervention techniques to support clients in distress or relapse, ensuring safety.
  • Accurately document clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA and medical standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management and community resource linkage.
  • Maintain professional development by staying current with research and best practices in behavioral health.

  • Qualifications include valid licensure or certification, experience in addiction or mental health counseling, strong assessment and crisis management skills, and familiarity with ICD coding and HIPAA.

    This paid role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable clinical experience in diverse settings. The pay ranges from $24.73 to $29.78 per hour, with work being in person.
