We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern to join our behavioral health team.
Provide addiction and mental health counseling through assessments, personalized treatment plans, and evidence-based modalities such as CBT and motivational interviewing. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery and behavioral management. Use crisis intervention techniques to support clients in distress, ensuring safety and stabilization. Accurately document clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA and medical standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management and resource linkage. Maintain professional development by staying current with research and best practices.Qualifications include valid licensure or certification, experience in addiction or mental health settings, knowledge of psychotherapy and ICD coding, and strong assessment and crisis management skills.
Pay ranges from $24.73 to $29.78 per hour. This in-person position offers valuable clinical experience working with diverse populations across various healthcare settings.
