LDRP Clinical Nurse PRN

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.

  • Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
