Provides individualized clinical supervision to staff, enhancing their ability to address diverse diagnostic and presenting problems. Fosters a culture of tolerance, respect, recovery, and resiliency by building supervisee sensitivity to individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and lifestyle backgrounds. Supports organizational goals through program improvement, staff development, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Preferred experience includes Root Cause Analysis, LEAN, change management, and knowledge of healthcare quality metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required. The role emphasizes compassion, integrity, collaboration, and community-focused service to empower individuals and families toward well-being and recovery.
