LCAS/LCSW/LCMHC – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals with behavioral health needs, focusing on substance use disorders.

Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic care.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and utilize coding systems like ICD-10/9 for diagnosis and billing.

Monitor treatment progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.

Offer case management to connect clients with resources and support.

Requirements include a valid license (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience in behavioral health, knowledge of applied behavior analysis, and strong communication skills. Willingness to train provisional license holders is also desired.

This full-time role offers a salary of $54,000-$62,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
