LCAS/LCSW/LCMHC – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic care and coordinate resources.

Maintain accurate medical documentation, utilizing ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems for diagnosis and billing.

Monitor treatment progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.

Provide case management services to support clients in accessing necessary resources.

Requirements include valid licensure (LCAS, LCSW, or LCMHC), experience with substance use disorders, proficiency in assessments and therapy, and knowledge of behavior analysis principles. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential. Training will be provided for candidates with provisional licenses.

This full-time position offers a salary of $54,000–$62,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
