LADC/ADCT Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for residential treatment services.

The role involves providing individual and group therapy to clients with substance use, mental health, and emotional issues, ensuring compliance with DHS requirements.

Responsibilities include case management, assessment, treatment planning, and documenting all activities accurately and professionally.

Counselors deliver culturally sensitive services, facilitate recovery groups, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

This in-person position requires working scheduled shifts, primarily Monday to Friday, in Chaska.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications include at least one year of addiction counseling experience, LADC and ADCT licenses, and the ability to clear a DHS background check.
