We are seeking a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for residential treatment services.
The counselor evaluates and modifies treatment programs to meet licensure and client needs, providing case management, documentation, and individual or group therapy for clients facing substance use, mental health, and emotional issues. Responsibilities include assessing chemical use and mental health, developing personalized treatment plans, facilitating groups on addiction recovery, and delivering culturally sensitive services. Adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and DHS regulations is essential. This in-person role requires working all scheduled shifts. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Qualifications include at least one year of addiction counseling experience and active LADC and ADCT licenses. The position is based in Chaska, MN, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
