We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Labor & Birth role, offering a comprehensive RN Residency Program that includes simulation training, classroom education, hands-on orientation, mentorship, and ongoing skills validation.
As a Labor & Birth RN, you will provide exceptional care to mothers, infants, and families throughout childbirth, managing labor, high-risk patients, and responding to emergencies. Your responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, advocating for patients, collaborating with care teams, and educating families.
Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited program, current RN or Compact license, and certifications in BLS, NRP, ACLS. Preferred qualities are passion for women’s services, critical thinking, teamwork, and compassion.
