Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
Participate in patient and family education.
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams, providing leadership and maintaining professional standards.
Require 2+ years of Surgical ICU Stepdown experience, strong clinical skills, and a NH license.
Current BLS certification; additional certifications may be needed.
Reliable transportation required for travel assignments.
Work 36 hours weekly with 13-hour shifts, starting August 4, 2025.
