CV Invasive Specialist supports invasive cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity cath lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
- Operate imaging and monitoring equipment to support real-time clinical needs.
- Scrub and circulate for cath lab procedures, ensuring safe, effective workflow.
- Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control standards.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety practices throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and technologists to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency assisting with invasive cardiovascular procedures in a cath lab environment.
- Strong technical skills with imaging/monitoring equipment.
- Ability to maintain aseptic technique and follow radiation safety protocols.
- Clear communication and teamwork in a high-acuity setting.
