Role: Manager in International Tax, focusing on advising multinational enterprises on global tax strategies and business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients on location choices, entity structures, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization, considering tax risk and cash posture.
- Assist with tax planning, analyzing short- and long-term implications aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate on structuring mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and IPOs, preparing tax opinions, memos, and models.
- Support tax provisioning, compliance review, and financial reporting related to global operations.
- Advise on income tax treaty planning for cross-border activities.
- Provide specialized support to alternative investment clients throughout the investment cycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of experience in international, M&A, or federal tax planning.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees and professional credentials (CPA, EA, JD, LLM) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax laws.
- Excellent research, writing, Excel modeling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, lead teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to team growth.
