Internal Registry RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care across inpatient units. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, coordinating and updating care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective treatment.
Key duties include:
- Support admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
- Ensure accurate, thorough patient documentation
- Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and clinical standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
