Role Overview: Provides technical assistance to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality care and patient outcomes. Handles communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assesses patients and contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans under RN guidance.
- Assists nursing staff with patient care activities and participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Engages in ongoing education and builds clinical leadership skills.
- Completes assigned goals effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the role.
- Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
