Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Develops and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate patient preferences, values, and barriers to involvement in care. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Licenses: RN license required
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
- Skills: Critical assessment, communication, patient education, teamwork, adherence to safety standards
