Role Overview:
This position focuses on providing specialized wound care within a patient-centered clinical environment.
- Responsibilities include: assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; promoting patient and family-centered care; educating patients on managing their conditions; participating in safety and quality initiatives; developing and documenting individualized care plans; communicating across care teams; and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Qualifications:
- BSN required; current RN license
- WOCN/WO certification preferred but must be willing to obtain
- No minimum experience required; less than 2 years preferred for Bachelor’s degree holders
