Role: Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other complex illnesses.
- Administer medications and coordinate with therapists and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
- Document all care activities accurately and thoroughly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Relevant nursing licensure and clinical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
